A wine of excellent quality for everyday meals.

Colour is ruby red with red violet nuances and reflexes.

On the nose it offers well balanced aromas of blackberry and black cherry, and a pleasant note of scented violets.

On palate it is round, revealing a good intensity of the fruit and well balanced sensations of sweet, sour, salty and bitter. It shows the perfect ripening and integrity of the grapes.

It pairs well with many kinds of meals, ranging from the simple to the more elaborate: pasta with tomato sauce or ragoût, tortelli in all ways, risotto, roasts, ribs, steaks, stews and even with seafood.

We recommend to serve it in a wide-bowled glass at a temperature of 15–18°C.
