Tasting Notes Technical sheet

A white moscato from Volpara, showing typical colour, fragrance and taste.

Colour is intense straw-yellow. On the nose it offers an intense aroma of apple.

On palate the first impact disorients you, and then hits you with its balance, without peaks of acidity or bitter notes.

It pairs well with desserts (pastry, fruit cakes and panettone), but also with pumpkin tortelli and spicy cheeses.

We recommend to serve it at a temperature of 10–12°C in a glass.
