Tasting Notes Technical sheet

This is a wine almost without precedent: it is actually very rare to find a dessert wine made from dried out grapes of Croatina.

Observe with patience the colour, so dark that you'll hardly see the stem of the glass. The nuances and reflections range from dark ruby red to dark purple: perfect vinegrowing and winemaking process, certified by the glyceric arches which remain on the glass surface.

Bring the glass to the nose: fruits, flowers, and natural aromas. There are no words to describe such a product, such a high oenological achievement. Just try it.

On palate it's a symphony of red fruit flavours: everything is clean and well-balanced.

It’s a wine for meditation and conversation.
It is best served at a temperature of 8-15° C in a tulip-shaped glass.
